TERMS and CONDITIONS

 

1. All orders will be shipped subject to varieties and sizes we can supply at time of shipment. A 25% deposit is required when order is placed.

2. All prices are FOB our nursery and are subject to change without notice. These prices are for the wholesale trade only.

3. Delivery can be arranged with outside motor carriers for freight prices quoted prior to shipment.

4. No liability for damage will be assumed after plants are loaded on he truck when plants are picked up at the nursery. Liability ceases upon delivery to motor carrier

5. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. An shortages or discrepancies must be noted on delivery receipt. In no case will our liability exceed purchase price.

 

SHIPPING and DELIVERY

 

1. All prices are F.O.B. the nursery.

2. You may pick up your order or arrange for commercial carrier. We would be happy to assist you in finding a carrier, please call us (828)733-3174.

3. Please give us 24 hours notice for pickups so that we may have your order ready.

4. Please remember to bring whatever tarps and tie-downs you require to transport your order safely as there are none available at the nursery.
